How do I change my AAI@EduHr password?
Use the official password change service at login.aaiedu.hr/promjenazaporke. Change it immediately if you suspect compromise.
How do I connect to eduroam?
Download the official installer, choose the University of Dubrovnik and sign in with your AAI@EduHr identity.
Where can I download Microsoft Office?
Sign in to the Microsoft 365 portal with your AAI@EduHr account. Installation availability depends on the licence assigned to your account.
How do I access courses in Merlin?
Open moodle.srce.hr, choose AAI@EduHr sign-in and select the University of Dubrovnik.
How do I report a fault or request support?
Submit a request at helpdesk.unidu.hr and describe the problem, device and location. Contact CIP for urgent assistance.
Can I forward student email to a private address?
No. Automatic forwarding to external addresses is blocked by University security policy.
