The data controller is the University of Dubrovnik, Branitelja Dubrovnika 41, 20000 Dubrovnik, Croatia. The Centre for IT Support, Cybersecurity and E-learning operates this website as part of the University.
Data we process
When you browse the website, the server may record technical data such as the IP address, request time, requested address, browser type and response status. These records are used for security, troubleshooting and reliable operation.
This website has no public message form. If you choose an email or Helpdesk link, you submit data through that system and its processing rules apply.
Purpose, legal basis and retention
Technical data is processed only as necessary to protect the website, maintain service availability and perform the University’s tasks, under an applicable legal basis in Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation. Data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes and in accordance with University rules.

Links to Helpdesk, CARNET, the University Computing Centre, Microsoft and other external services lead to separate websites with their own privacy policies.
